General Instructions:

Scan and keep ready the following documents before Registration.
    Identification Proof : ID Scan copy of any one Aadhaar,passport,voterID,PAN,Other(Any Valid ID proof) Maximum Upload Size: 60KB.
    File Upload: Download and take printout of the document provided by MITRA KSRTC, to download Click here,Self attest and Scan, upload the document in PDF format,Maximum Upload Size 60KB.

Upon approval from KSRTC, I am willing to enter into agreement with KSRTC through attestation of digital signature electronically.

I am willing to sign separate Non-Disclosure Agreement and submit to KSRTC for ensuring non-disclosure of information and intellectual property without consent.

I am willing to disclose the intent, purpose of usage, and give an undertaking to KSRTC that I will limit the usage of data for the purposes mentioned therein and declare that this information will not be used for facilitating or carrying out any unlawful activities and acts which threaten the security of nation.
